SRT Construction & Equipment LLC. was founded by Mitch & Scott Larochelle. We are a General Contracting Company and offer Construction Management Services in both the Residential & Commercial Industry. We are located in Bedford, NH.
From the very beginning we earned a reputation for high quality, dependability, and honesty. We are proud of our choice to stay a small company to enable us to work one on one with our clients, to give the best service and craftsmanship they expect.
In our early years (1985-2006), we were known as Mitch Construction Inc., founded by Mitch & Sue Larochelle.
During this
time our projects ranged from new home construction, residential drywall,
state and federal commercial projects, to general construction service maintenance in all
areas of construction. Our work consisted of, but was not limited to the following:
metal stud framing; insulation; drywall; acoustical suspension ceiling systems;
commercial door and hardware; fire and water damage; exterior wall systems,
commercial and residential renovation. Former projects we have been involved in
include the Derry Public Library in Derry, NH-1988; Biddeford Primary School in
Biddeford, ME-1990; N.H. Veteran’s Home in Tilton, NH-1991; St. Anselm’s College,
Manchester, NH-1985-1998; St. Mary’s Bank, Manchester, NH- 1990-2001; Manchester
Public Building Services, Manchester, NH-1990-2000.
In December of 2003, we were saddened by the loss of one of our owners, Susan Larochelle. Susan past away after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer at the young age of 41. Susan was involved in all of the designing and accounting aspects of the company, and she will certainly be missed.
In March of (2005-Present), Mitch & his oldest son Scott formed SRT Construction & Equipment, LLC. Our company has allowed us the grow into a wider range of construction projects doing:
